shipping info + return policy

 

a few notes about stock and shipping:

- it's very difficult to estimate shipping accurately for international orders, so we only ship in the contiguous united states at the moment. feel free to reach out and we can provide a shipping quote for any international orders, and if you want to pay the shipping costs, we will send an invoice :)

- online orders for in-stock items are fulfilled within 1 week. pre-orders are a different story. many products take almost two weeks to get to us from wholesalers, so depending on the pre-order, you may be waiting about three weeks unless otherwise noted (some local products we can get sooner) please do not place a pre-order if you aren't willing to wait a few weeks. 

- free pickup at all sorts or the hound books during store hours! most our items are in stock at all sorts and ready to be picked up within the hour but it depends on the item. we will email you asap to let you know when the order can be ready.

100% credit given if clothing or home item is returned within 7 days with original tags attached. same goes for unopened food and apothecary products. if something was wrong or defective, we are happy to issue a full cash or credit card refund (this must also happen within the 7 day time frame). 

returns for online orders: return must occur within 7 days of receiving the item, customer pays shipping on the items to be returned. full refund will be given for the items returned!
